Basalt Health, Inc. ("Basalt," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website at basalt.health (the "Site").

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information we process on behalf of our healthcare organization customers, which is governed by our agreements with those customers and applicable healthcare privacy laws.

Categories we collect. In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (such as name and email), professional information (such as employer), and internet activity (such as Site usage and device identifiers). How to exercise your rights. You can submit a request in two ways: (1) email us at privacy@basalt.health, or (2) use the link in our footer to opt out of analytics and sharing. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
